Envision a Restorative Yoga sequence but with a practitioner moving you through each pose passively. Performed on a comfy floor futon with client dressed in moveable clothing to receive, its focus is treating underlying dis-ease with emphasis on 10 Sen, energy lines that run throughout the body. It treats the entire body with compression, acupressure, reflexology, passive/active-assisted stretch poses, energy work and synchronized breath work to treat pain and restore movement at the joint level. Thai remedies stress & stagnation within the system and helps to break through mental-emotional patterns that are the root cause of disease & suffering. Cupping therapy can be combined with Thai or Integrative Bodywork.
Note: There are some instances, such as blood clotting and heart conditions, where Cupping Therapy is contraindicated. Please consult with your practitioner regarding any health-related concerns.
