My mission is to help others improve their well being. In order to embrace healing we have to acknowledge that every part of the body is connected. Being well involves not only the physical body, but the mind and the flow of energy throughout.
Each person is unique, therefore each session must be unique. My aim is to encourage renewal; a fresh start by offering services that not only reset muscle length and increase mobility, but also reduce mental restraints such as anxiety and stress.
Thai Bodywork treats the entire body with compression, acupressure, reflexology, passive/active-assisted stretch poses, energy work and synchronized breath work to improve posture, circulation and nerve conductivity as well as reduce pain and restore movement at the joint level. This remedies stress & stagnation within the system and helps to break through mental-emotional patterns that are the root cause of disease & suffering.
A PHYSICAL JOURNEY
A Vinyasa, Yin or Restorative style yoga lesson designed specifically for your body. The instructor will guide you through a sequence of yoga postures with emphasis on form, technique and body mechanics for safe transitions between asanas (postures). For vinyasa, the level of challenge will be determined by clients current skill set. This is a beginner friendly service and suitable for all level practitioners.
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Cupping therapy can be combined with Thai or Table Bodywork.
